BIOGRAPHY
Kelly O’Shea is a mezzo-soprano, actress, and dancer from Los Angeles with both a BFA and a Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance. She is an active crossover artist, equally passionate about opera and musical theater, and performs across both genres along with gig and band work. Her notable credits include performing at Carnegie Hall in New York City in an opera gala, making her international debut in Italy with Varna International Musical Festival singing Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni, and appearing with Palm Beach Opera chorus ensemble. In the Musical Theater canon, she recently played Mother Superior in Sister Act and also was a part of a Broadway Concert Series where she performed as a soloist and ensemble member.
Kelly is the founder and owner of K.O. Performing Arts, a rapidly growing musical theater and music school dedicated to nurturing young performers through professional-level training and community engagement. As both artistic director and lead instructor, she combines more than a decade of specialized vocal expertise with a commitment to inspiring confidence, creativity, and excellence in the next generation of artists. Building a vibrant performing arts community and helping students discover their voices is one of her greatest passions alongside her own performance career.
